Role:
Production Coordinator supporting the creative, production, and on-set teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-production through shoot day and wrap.

Project Purpose:
Big Ass Fans sought to launch a brand film that showcases their leadership in airflow innovation and the passion of the people behind the product. The goal was to communicate their engineering excellence, distinctive brand personality, and global impact, through cinematic storytelling that highlights real environments, employee expertise, and the performance of their fans.

Deliverables:
A full-length brand video designed for broadcast and digital use, featuring live-action product installations, employee interviews, high-impact industrial settings, and cinematic pace. As Production Coordinator, I managed logistics, coordinated schedules and crew, organized product staging, facilitated talent and location coordination, and oversaw on-set flow to deliver a polished production on time.
