House of Ginkgo
Role:
As a solopreneur, I conceived the product, established the brand vision, sourced and negotiated with overseas manufacturers, and oversaw every aspect of development—from design and production to marketing, distribution, packaging, and customer experience. I built the business from the ground up, managing all creative, operational, and logistical functions independently.
Project Purpose:
House of Ginkgo was created with a simple but powerful mission: to transform everyday accessories into vehicles for meaningful impact. The brand’s core purpose was to design a thoughtfully crafted watch that not only stood out aesthetically but also contributed to communities in need. Every purchase directly supported charitable giving, blending style with social responsibility and positioning the brand within the growing space of purpose-driven consumer goods.
Deliverables:
This project showcased full-spectrum entrepreneurship, combining product innovation, global production management, brand building, and mission-driven storytelling.
