UW Health X Karaoke Queen

Role:
Production Coordinator supporting creative, production, and on-set teams to ensure seamless execution throughout pre-production, shoot day, and wrap.

Project Purpose:
UW Health’s “Karaoke Queen” campaign aimed to bring an unexpected, comedic twist to healthcare storytelling by following a character whose confidence and spirit shine through a lively karaoke performance. The concept centered on transforming an everyday setting into an immersive, high-energy environment that amplified the humor, personality, and emotional beats of the spot.

Deliverables:
A hero broadcast and digital video spot filmed inside a comedy club fully transformed into a vibrant nightclub atmosphere—complete with lighting, staging, audience energy, and performance elements. As Production Coordinator, responsibilities included managing logistics, coordinating set transformation, overseeing schedules and crew communication, organizing talent and extras, and ensuring efficient on-set flow to support a polished, seamless production.
